1. Local data

No app account is required. Language, theme, selected location and a verified purchase receipt are stored on your device.

2. Location and network requests

With your permission, the app accesses coordinates. Coordinates or city searches are sent to OpenWeatherMap, WAQI and OpenStreetMap for air quality, maps and city names; system geocoding may contact your device provider. Space-weather sources NOAA and GFZ and other network services receive your IP address and technical request data.

3. Advertising

The free version uses Appodeal and its advertising partners. They may process advertising identifiers, IP addresses, device details, ad interactions, diagnostic and performance information, and location when permitted, to serve and measure ads and prevent fraud. The SDK requests consent where required. Ad choices are available in app settings.

4. Google Play purchases

A one-time Google Play purchase removes ads and unlocks the available forecast without ads. Google processes payment; the app does not receive your card number. A signed receipt and purchase token are used to verify and restore access. The purchase belongs to your Google Play account. Access may be revoked after a refund.

5. Choices and data requests

Manage permissions in Android settings. Clearing app data deletes local preferences and the receipt, but does not cancel your Google Play purchase. Third-party retention, processing and international transfers follow their respective policies. For access, correction or deletion requests, including concerns involving children, contact us below. If you email support, we receive and use your message to respond.

How to request deletion

  1. For data stored on your device, open Android Settings → Apps → Magnetic Storms Pro → Storage → Clear data. This removes preferences, selected location and the cached receipt. Reinstalling and restoring a valid purchase may create a new local receipt.
  2. For support messages or other information you provided to WebMNS Studio, email qwertyvlkz@gmail.com with the subject “Magnetic Storms Pro data deletion”. Describe the information you want deleted and, if applicable, contact us from the email used for the original support request. Do not send passwords, card details or identity documents.
  3. For advertising data held by Appodeal or its partners, use the privacy contact or deletion instructions in the provider policies linked below. We can help identify the relevant provider. For Google Play purchase records, use Google’s account privacy controls or contact Google; clearing the app does not remove those records or cancel a purchase.

We delete the information we control following your request unless retention is required for a legal obligation or resolving a dispute; we will explain any such exception in our response. Third-party providers apply their own retention rules. Local app data stays until you clear it or uninstall the app; purchase records held by Google may need to be retained for financial and legal obligations.

6. Retention and support

App preferences and the cached receipt remain on your device until app data is cleared, the app is removed, or the purchase is revoked following a successful check with Google Play. Support messages are retained for handling your request and any applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact us to request deletion. Google and other providers retain their own records under their policies, including records they must keep for legal, security or financial reasons.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your data, receive a copy, withdraw consent, or complain to a data protection authority. Contact us at the address below; for information held independently by a provider, contact that provider. Buying ad removal stops ad displays; it does not automatically delete data previously received by providers. Clearing app data does not delete Google Play purchase records.

8. Providers and international processing

Providers may process data in countries other than yours. Their policies describe retention, safeguards and available privacy choices.
