Public Offer Agreement

This document constitutes an official public offer by PE Kuznetsov Volodymyr Oleksandrovych (hereinafter — the Contractor) to enter into an agreement for the provision of website and mobile application development services under the terms set forth below.

1. General Provisions

1.1. This document is a public offer in accordance with the Civil Code of Ukraine. 1.2. Contractor: PE Kuznetsov Volodymyr Oleksandrovych, Registration ID: 3318818614. 1.3. Address: Kharkiv region, Chuhuiv district, Chuhuiv city, Hvardiiskyi lane, bldg 3, apt 1. 1.4. Acceptance of this offer is effected by payment for services or by clicking the "Pay" button on webmns.com.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Contractor undertakes to provide the Client with web development, mobile application development, web design, and related IT services. 2.2. The scope, content, and cost of services are determined by the service package selected by the Client on webmns.com.

3. Ordering Procedure

3.1. The Client selects the required service package on webmns.com. 3.2. The Client fills out the order form, providing contact details and requirements. 3.3. After payment, the order is considered accepted for execution.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1. Service prices are determined by the current tariffs published on the "Pricing" page of webmns.com. 4.2. Payment is made via bank transfer through the WayForPay payment system. 4.3. Installment payment is available according to the terms specified during checkout.

5. Execution Timeline

5.1. Execution timelines depend on the selected service package: — Landing page: 5–7 business days — Corporate website: 14–21 business days — Online store: 30–45 business days — Mobile application: 30–60 business days 5.2. Timelines begin from the moment of payment receipt and all necessary materials from the Client.

6. Rights and Obligations

6.1. The Contractor undertakes to: — Perform work with quality and within agreed timelines. — Provide the Client with progress reports. — Make revisions according to the terms of the selected package. 6.2. The Client undertakes to: — Pay for services in a timely manner. — Provide necessary materials (texts, images, specifications). — Accept the completed work within 5 business days of presentation.

7. Refund Policy

7.1. Refund conditions are described in detail on the "Refund Policy" page on webmns.com. 7.2. Refunds are made in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law of Ukraine.

8. Liability

8.1. The parties bear responsibility for non-performance or improper performance of obligations under this agreement in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine. 8.2. The Contractor is not responsible for delays caused by actions or inaction of the Client.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1. All disputes and disagreements are resolved through negotiations. 9.2. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it shall be resolved in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

10. Final Provisions

10.1. This offer takes effect from the moment of its publication on webmns.com. 10.2. The Contractor reserves the right to make changes to the offer. 10.3. The offer is valid indefinitely until withdrawn by the Contractor.
