Refund Policy

This page describes the terms and procedure for refunding payments for services provided by PE Kuznetsov Volodymyr Oleksandrovych (Registration ID: 3318818614) through webmns.com.

1. General Refund Conditions

1.1. Refunds are made in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law of Ukraine. 1.2. A refund request can be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of payment, if work has not yet begun. 1.3. To submit a refund request, contact us at: support@webmns.com.

2. Full Refund

A full refund is possible in the following cases: β€” Work on the order has not yet begun. β€” The Contractor cannot fulfill the order for technical reasons. β€” The order was paid for by mistake (double payment).

3. Partial Refund

A partial refund is possible if: β€” Work has begun but is not completed. The refund amount is calculated minus the cost of work already performed. β€” The Client wishes to change the scope of services to a smaller package.

4. Cases Where Refund Is Not Possible

Refunds are not provided in the following cases: β€” Work is fully completed and accepted by the Client. β€” The Client does not respond to Contractor requests for 30 days after payment. β€” The service has been provided in full according to the agreed technical specifications.

5. Refund Procedure

5.1. The Client sends a refund request to support@webmns.com with the order number and reason for the refund. 5.2. The request is reviewed within 5 business days. 5.3. The refund is made to the bank card from which the payment was made, within 5–10 banking days after the decision is made.
